What is included in a Free Estimate or Free Furnace Quote?: 

Our sales team will reach out to you either over the phone or via email to confirm a time and date best for a free site visit. This visit is free of charge, no strings attached. Once a copy of a proposal or quote has been created, any following visits will be included at a fee.

What is your customer satisfaction policy?:

Due to the nature of our industry, mistakes happen. Please contact Zoltera Mechanical within 30 days if you are unhappy or not satisfied with the work and we will schedule a time to come and redo any issues. Zoltera Mechanical provides 1 year labour warranty on all installed equipment, please note - if you have had a previous installer or contractor come and redesign, rework or renovate our equipment all warranty is then invalid and cannot be used. Part/product warranty is subject to our manufacture dealers, please refer to manufacture documents for further information. Zoltera Mechanical 1 year warranty covers defect in labour only. For further information please contact us directly. 

What is the annual giveaway?:

Each year, Zoltera Mechanical creates a custom giveaway for the community. In order to be entered, you must sign up for our annual service agreement. Once signed up, you will then be put into a draw. On December 31, of each year a random winner is chosen.

Terms and conditions vary based on each annual giveaway. All giveaways including HVAC equipment are supply and install. Customer must agree to Zoltera Mechanical attending at a time that is convenient for them. One annual service agreement per household, and one property. Labour warranty is valid for 1 year. Size of home and site visit is required prior to any installation. Any extra material or labour as per customer request aside from giveaway scope of work is not included.  For more details, please contact Zoltera Mechanical directly. 

Do I get free maintenance with purchase of Furnace or Air Conditioner?:

Yes you do. Simply put, Zoltera Mechanical offers 1 year free labour for all installed Zoltera Mechanical equipment. This might be a tune-up, a warranty call, or any diagnosing issues. This is included with every Furnace or Air Conditioner purchase. On the basis of broken equipment or faulty parts, it may be a case-by-case situation depending on the equipment and manufacture warranty. For any clarification please call directly. 

When is payment expected once job has been completed?:

Due to the nature of our trade, each installation is a bit different. Unless otherwise specified, all renovation projects are due upon receipt. Terms may be considered based on proposal terms agreed between sales and customer. Please note, your permit will not be closed with the city until you have paid your final invoice.
